REFUND POLICY
JW KOREA SCHOOL is committed to 100% student satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we first recommend you to change a tutor.
If you don't want to change a tutor, or have already changed, you may return your purchase with the following process.
1. E-mail jwkoreaschool@gmail.com or send us a chat with your purchase information to get refund.
2. We'll check your purchase, discount rate, and the classes you've already had. You should cancel the bookings before 24 hours to the class time.
ex. Let's say you bought 10 package ($15 per class) with 5% discount rate and paid $142.5. If you took 2 classes and want to get refund, you'll get $112.5 ($142.5-$30) refunded.
3. All the recipients will receive an email confirmation.
